Minor character in Shadow Hearts: Covenant.
The mistress of Lucia, Carla is an accomplished fortune-teller herself. In her younger, more beautiful days she was once a member of Sapientes Gladio, but she fled when she realized just how violent the group was. When meeting Yuri and the party for the first time in Florence, Carla secretly thought they could be spies sent by Sapientes Gladio. Because of this, she sends Yuri's party, along with Lucia, to Manmariana Island to find a rare flower. While there, Lucia attempts to kill them with the help of her pet cat Andre, only for it to backfire, and the party having to come to her aid. After the battle, the party return to Florence and Carla realizes they were not sent by Sapientes Gladio. She decides to help Yuri, and has Lucia accompany the party on their adventure. Carla can offer information, and healing to the party should they return to her in Florence.
