Owner of "The Sea Gull", Le Havre's tavern. Since she took over the tavern she has lived there along with two orphaned children.
Biography[]
Granny Lot is a kindly old woman who runs the Mouette de Mer (Sea Gull) tavern in Le Havre. She has taken care of Yuma and John since their parents died in the war.
She found Joachim in his bat form, lying by the wayside, and nursed him back to health. He is eternally grateful and considers her and the children his family.
Granny Lot was informed by the man who built her store that there was a great treasure buried beneath it (which turns out to be the Solomon's Key).
Word spread, and she has been harassed constantly by the greedy mayor and his so-called vigilante group ever since.
Joachim does his best to protect the tavern, and apart from the impetuous thugs and bullies who joined the vigilante group, most of Le Havre support him and denounce the mayor's cronies.
