He is a skilled Ninja, which he became after the airplane he was traveling in crashed near a remote ninja village in the rainforests of Brazil. Highly eccentric, Frank fights to preserve America's freedom. He uses Ninja Arts that are obtained throughout the game. Frank's element is Light and his weapons of choice are ninja Swords, which he usually constructs from objects he finds lying around, much in the manner of Joachim. Frank is also skilled in the art of undoing locks and getting himself out of tight situations throughout the game.

Highly eccentric, Frank fights to preserve America's freedom. He uses Ninja Arts that are obtained throughout the game by completing special missions from the Jonin. Frank's element is light and his weapons of choice are giant sabres, which he usually constructs from found-objects, in the manner of Joachim Valentine from Covenant.
Personality[]
His personality is generally jovial in combat, and he sees himself as a great defender of Justice. He takes great shame when he finds out his master, Mao, is working for the Capone crime syndicate, but since he fears and respects Mao, he only protests once. Most of the other characters in the game think he's crazy, but start to take his behavior in stride as things progress.
Fighting Style[]
Frank fights using his personally designed ninja swords.
These swords tend to be unusual items to use as a sword blade, such as a cactus and Excalibur still within its stone, yet Frank is able to wield them all skillfully.
Whether or not the weapons are lethal is no concern to Frank, he only wishes to bring these items honor in combat.
Frank is also able to call upon his ninja skills, bringing forth powerful light magic to bear when his bus stop/kokeshi/swordfish is unable to help.
He is able to have up to five hit areas on the Judgement Ring.

Ninja Arts is Frank's special ability. It takes advantage of skills taught to him by Ninjas who live in a secret Ninja village in the rainforests of Brazil. Although Light Classed attacks, Ninja Arts can be useful against groups of enemies.
