Monster that lives in the sewer. It crawls out to hunt for women. Its head makes a discordant noise when hit.
Strategy
There are only two of these in the game, and they both accompany the Water Tiger. You can use Margarete's Grenade attack a few times to make short work of them while hurting the Water Tiger.
