A legendary UMA ruling the highlands of Guiana. Extremely cautious and sensitive, it hates anything that disturbs its nest, and immediately repels any intruders.

The Legendary UMA
Name: Unknown
Habitat: Guiana Highlands.
Details: (Taken from Research File)
A legendary UMA has been found in Guiana, South America.
Bait was used to lure it out, but was all eaten by other beasts.
These beasts will need to be dealt with first.
The UMA also appears to ignore any bair if it senses people nearby.
Once it senses safety it will slowly eat until full, and then sleep the meal off almost immediately.
Name: Unknown
Habitat: Guiana Highlands.
Details: (From President Vince's Memo)
When hunting live prey, the legendary UMA washes itself in the nearby water to first remove its scent.
When hunting it is even more sensitive to the presence of humans than normal, making it almost impossible to pin down.
My survey of the area has determined that there are 3 major watering holes in Guiana that the UMA makes use of.
Name: Unknown
Habitat: Guiana Highlands.
Details: (From Officer Hulk's Memo)
The legendary UMA loves sweet things.
It will drop a bee hive onto rocks, wait patiently for the bess to disperse, and then feed on the honey.
However, if the hive has been in direct sunlight and is dried out, the UMA is not interested.
Name: Unknown
Habitat: Guiana Highlands.
Details: (From Officer Magee's Memo)
The legendary UMA loves the sour fruit found at the top of tall trees.
Its distinctive five claw marks can often be seen on the trunks of trees.
It seems to dislike shiny or sticky things, as it will never approach them.
If these traits can be manipulated effectively, it might be possible to herd the UMA into a specific location.

Etymology[edit | edit source]
More often romanised as Mudopukan, it is an eastern-style dragon found in the beliefs of the Oroqen, an ethnic group from China. The Mudopukan was a symbol of storms, and rain, often prayed too in times of hardship.
