The Straw Millionaire trading quest is an optional sidequest where, by trading a long list of items, the player will eventually be rewarded with Lucia's ultimate weapon, 100,000 cash, or several lesser items.
The sidequest is available as soon as the rain stops in Port of Southampton, by talking to Himovic, the Straw Merchant on the city battlements. Several trades have the potential to end the quest early, but the ultimate prize, Lucia's fan, may be purchased at great expense in the end game.
The sidequest is based on the tale of the Straw Millionaire, where a humble peasant, beginning with a single piece of straw, and, through a series of serendipitous trades, eventually becomes a millionaire.
