Where to find this item and its description[]
I never found this item in Shadow Hearts Covenant and I have only heard what it does and who it can only be equipped to, I heave searched walkthroughts to find more about this accessory but to no avail, but I'm sure it exists since I also found this item on Shadow Hearts: Covenant page on wikipedia.
